Privacy Policy

This page explains what information Mind and Brain collects through this website, why, and how it's handled. It covers the booking system, contact form, newsletter sign-up, and optional account creation.

What we collect

• Booking requests: your name, email, phone (optional), the date/time you'd like, which service you're interested in (optional), and any notes you add.
• Contact messages: your name, email, subject, and message.
• Newsletter sign-up: your name (optional), phone (optional), and email.
• Accounts: if you create one, your username, email, and password (stored as a secure hash — we never see or store it in plain text).
• Basic technical data: your IP address is used briefly to enforce rate limits against spam/abuse on our forms, and (if enabled) checked by Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish real visitors from bots.

How we use it

Strictly to do what you asked: confirm and manage your appointment, respond to your message, send the newsletter you signed up for, and keep the forms above working reliably and free of spam. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

Who else sees it

Only our staff, and the services that help us run the site: our email provider (to send booking/contact emails) and, if enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile (to verify form submissions aren't automated). We don't share your information with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and contact records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet our own record-keeping needs, and newsletter details for as long as you stay subscribed. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep the site working (things like staying signed in and protecting forms against cross-site attacks). We don't use third-party advertising or analytics cookies.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time — if you have an account, toggle it off from My Bookings, or just contact us and we'll remove you.
• Cancel a booking yourself using the link in your booking emails.
• Ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by contacting us (below).

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; the "last updated" date above will reflect the most recent change.
