Dr. Anish Shrestha

Dr. Shrestha leads the clinical team at Mind and Brain, with over a decade of experience in psychiatric care across Nepal. He specializes in mood disorders and medication management, and believes strongly that psychiatric care works best when it's coordinated closely with talk therapy rather than treated as a separate track.
Outside the clinic, he trains junior psychiatrists and speaks regularly on reducing stigma around psychiatric treatment in Nepal.
