Fees & cancellation policy

Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, so we can offer the time to someone else. You can cancel with the link in your booking emails, or by phone or email.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, and missed appointments, may be charged up to the full session fee. We understand that emergencies and sudden illness happen, and we'll waive the charge in those situations.
If we need to cancel or move your session, we'll tell you as early as we can and you won't be charged. Anything you've already paid for that session is refunded in full or moved to your new appointment, whichever you prefer.
The fee for each service is confirmed with you before your first appointment. Sessions that have already taken place aren't refundable; prepaid sessions you haven't used yet are refunded on request.
