Fees and payment

How paying works, what a session costs, and what happens if your plans change.

How paying works

  1. You book a time It's held for you straight away, so nobody else can take it.
  2. We confirm the fee When we confirm your booking, we tell you the fee and how to pay. Nothing is due before then.
  3. Plans change Cancel or move your session from the link we send you. See the cancellation policy for refunds.

What a session costs

Fees are set per counsellor and service, so the cards below don't show one. Ask us before you book and we'll tell you.

For organisations

Workshops and Seminars

  • Group or in-house sessions
  • Parenting & family dynamics topics
  • Mental health awareness training
More about this

Workshop pricing depends on group size, format (single session vs. a multi-week series), and whether it's held at our office or on-site at your school or workplace.

Get in touch with a rough headcount and topic area you're interested in, and we'll put together a quote within a couple of days.

Psychiatric Services

  • Initial diagnostic assessment
  • Medication management
  • Ongoing progress reviews
More about this

You pay per session. The first session is a longer diagnostic assessment. Follow-up appointments are shorter and typically scheduled every few weeks while a medication plan is being tuned, then spaced out further once things are stable.

Contact us for current session rates — we'll walk you through pricing before you commit to anything.

For organisations

Therapy and Counseling Services

  • Individual, couples & family sessions
  • Personalized treatment plan
  • Flexible in-person or online sessions
More about this

You pay per session, for individual, couples and family sessions alike. Most clients come weekly or every other week, depending on their treatment plan.

We'll go over pricing and a suggested session cadence during your first consultation, so there are no surprises once you get started.
